All aspects of CTERA's solution can be managed remotely, with no on-site presence or intervention. Our solutions only require a Web browser to access and configure every feature, including remote management of our Cloud Attached Storage appliances, as well as the associated cloud services.

This includes the ability to update firmware, switch services on and off, subscribe to service plans, enable and disable end-user features, and more.
