Creating Folder Usage Reports
You can create a folder usage report in CSV file format that displays detailed information about the folder. new folder usage report is available and can be generated from the Cloud Storage Gateway web GUI:
1 In the File Manager tree pane, expand the root directory until the desired folder is displayed.
2 In the right pane, right-click the folder for which you want to generate the report, and then select Usage Report.
The cloud storage generate generates a report in CSV file format that contains the following information:
• The total size of every subfolder, in kilobytes (column A)
• The number of files in every subfolder (column B)
• A summary total, as shown in line 6, that includes:
• The number of files for all subfolders
• The accumulated size of all subfolders
You can access the file in your computer's download folder.
