Installation Workflow

Use this workflow to install CTERA Portal on each server.

1. Set up the P1200 hardware.
2. Log into the CTERA Portal server and change the password.
3. Configure network settings.
4. Initialize the SSD acceleration.
5. Initialize the storage pool.
6. For the first server you install, follow all of the steps in Configuring the CTERA Portal Master Server.
7. For any additional servers beside the master server, configure the server as a secondary server as described in Configuring CTERA Portal Secondary Servers.
