• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments, including cloud services, networking, and storage solutions.
• Proven experience in service delivery or a similar technical role, preferably in the cloud or enterprise software industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, etc.) are an advantage.
• Australian MOD clearance – Advantage.

• Act as a key technical resource during the pre-sales and post-sales processes, contributing to solution design and customer satisfaction.
• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting to resolve any technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, offering expert guidance and technical solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support teams to deliver the best possible experience for customers.
