Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT or cloud solution sales within the IBERIA region.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise and public sector sales with a strong track record of success.
  • Established enterprise client and public sector references.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise storage, cloud technologies, or SaaS solutions.
  • Well-connected within the enterprise market in IBERIA.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth – Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to expand CTERA’s market share in IBERIA.
  • Engage with Clients – Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and resellers.
  • Analyze Market Trends – Assess customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Develop Channel Partnerships – Collaborate with CTERA’s channel partners to identify opportunities, provide training, and support joint sales efforts.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline – Maintain an active pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts to the management team.
  • Demonstrate Product Expertise – Develop a deep understanding of CTERA’s solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
