Restarting the Gateway
If you are experiencing problems with your gateway, restarting it may solve the problems.
To restart the gateway via the user interface:
1 In the status bar, click and then click Restart.
A confirmation message is displayed.
2 Click Yes.
The gateway restarts.
You can also hard restart a C200, C400 or C800, as described in the CTERA Edge Filer Installation and Maintenance Guide for the gateway.
