Logging in to the End User Portal

This task is relevant for team portals only.

To log in to the End User Panel

1. Using a Web browser, open http://<PortalDNS>/.

   Where <PortalDNS> is your CTERA Portal's DNS name. For example, if your portal's DNS name is "myportal.acme.com", you must open http://myportal.acme.com/.

   The CTERA Portal opens displaying the Login page.

   

2. In the fields provided, type your user name and password.
3. Click Log In.

   The End User Portal opens. If you are an administrator, the Administration tab is displayed.
